SUBMIT THE REQUEST
All requests to borrow works must be received by the museum at least six months before the exhibition opens.
The request must be sent by mail to Anne-Marie Dubois, Scientific Director of the MAHHSA:

APPLICATION FILE
The borrower submitting the request must send a letter including the name of the organizing institution and the person in charge, the contact details of the various contacts, the title, dates, locations/itineraries, the exhibition rationale, and the list of works requested. The institution’s loan sheets may be attached; if not, the MAHHSA will provide its own loan forms.
REVIEW OF THE APPLICATION
If the decision is favorable, a letter confirming the loan agreement, a list of the works with mandatory information and agreed values, and the loan forms are sent to the borrower. If the decision is unfavorable, the borrower is informed by email. In some cases, the borrower may be asked to cover the costs of framing or restoration.
ARTWORK LOAN
The Museum of Art and History of Sainte-Anne Hospital (MAHHSA), wishing to promote the Collection, regularly loans works for temporary exhibitions. It is also a member of the Videomuseum network. The terms and conditions of loans can be found opposite.
EXHIBITION LOANS
The loan of turnkey exhibitions is also possible upon prior presentation of a detailed project. Projects must be submitted well in advance of their implementation (at least nine months), demonstrate a genuine connection with the Collection, and be governed by an agreement.
PHOTO LIBRARY
The photo library can be contacted for the use of images from the Collection. All requests for authorization to reproduce works are reviewed in advance and subject to a flat fee.
