To mark the museum’s reopening, the Zellig ensemble returns to the MAHHSA for an evening inspired by the six themes of the exhibition ‘Masterpieces: At the Heart of the Sainte-Anne Collection’.

A Multitude of Colours…
Native American motifs, a battle of birds, the flight of a dragonfly, 1920s ‘jazz’ reimagined by Ravel, a tango by Piazzolla… These are just some of the ‘musical tableaux’ that the Zellig Ensemble will present to echo the rich, multi-themed exhibition of masterpieces from the Sainte-Anne Collection. A deliberately diverse programme reflecting the many colours of modernity in the 20th and 21st centuries.

Ensemble Zellig:
Anne-Cécile Cuniot, flutes
Etienne Lamaison, clarinets and transcriptions
Silvie Lenzi, cello
