PRACTICAL TRAINING IN ART THERAPY (1 AN)
This training offers a theoretical and experimental approach through immersive workshops, intended for professionals in the fields of health, education and the arts.
EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
• Discover what can be called art therapy, both from a theoretical and practical point of view.
• Promote exchanges between different practices.
• Updating one’s theoretical knowledge when already in charge of workshops.
TRAINING COSTS
• Personal care : 2 500 euros
• Support provided by an organization : 3 500 euros
• During this training period, access to the Museum of Art and History of Sainte-Anne Hospital (MAHHSA) is free.
TARGET AUDIENCE
Psychologists, educators, artists, doctors, paramedical professionals.
People from the health sector and those from the artistic sector are eligible, regardless of their field.
PREREQUISITES
This training program is aimed at people with at least a high school diploma and professional experience in any field.

DURATION OF TRAINING AND ORGANIZATIONAL METHODS
The training takes place over 6 modules of 2 days (Friday and Saturday) spread from January to December.
• Fridays are devoted to theoretical courses and practical studies in each artistic mediation.
• Saturdays are dedicated to practical exercises in various artistic mediations: visual arts (painting, modeling, collage), dance, music, theatre, and writing. These workshops are conducted in small groups, alternating between mornings and afternoons.
At the end of each module, a group evaluation and feedback session are conducted.
All equipment is made available to trainees, regardless of the workshops.
The speakers are professionals who have been working in hospital or paramedical settings for many years and who have themselves carried out research.
